Rouillac: Local loop 27 - Loop A

Cycle the 7 kilometers of Loop 27A in Rouillac, starting from the parking lot of the Rouillacais Community of Municipalities. At your own pace, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the views of the Rouillac countryside. Discover the wash houses in the hamlets you pass through, the decorated gates of the enclosed farmhouses, and finish the route with a beautiful view of the village of Rouillac, perched on a small hill, with its terraced houses. Rouillac: Local loop 27 - Loop B

Cycle the 30 kilometers of the Rouillac Loop 27B, starting from the parking lot of the Rouillacais Community of Municipalities. You will have the opportunity to enjoy, at your own pace, the views of the Rouillac countryside.

You'll pass through La Fuie (Rouillac) and Montigné (Val d'Auge), then at La Folie, discover its 19th-century covered wash house. Continue past the Logerie manor house, which houses an art gallery and a shop, and retains a corner watchtower and a covered well. You'll then pass the 12th-century Saint-Clément church in Bonneville, with its 14th-century murals and 18th-century pulpit. Continue to Montaigon (Rouillac), Gourville, and Ferrières (Rouillac), before arriving at Le Breuil (Rouillac) and taking a pretty white path. Just before the D736 junction, stop in front of the façade of the large Paul Ricard distillery, built in 1975. Then head towards Grosville and Le Boitoux, before arriving in Rouillac. As you descend towards the center, enjoy a magnificent view of the Nouère valley and the village of Rouillac. Each season offers landscapes with splendid colors.

Cycle the 71 kilometers of the Rouillac Loop 27C, starting from the parking lot of the Rouillacais Community of Municipalities. You will have the opportunity to enjoy, at your own pace, the views of the Rouillac countryside.

This challenging route is for experienced cyclists or adventurers wishing to complete the itinerary as a multi-day tour. The starting point is the parking lot of the Communauté de Communes (local council). Along the way, you will pass through several villages and discover a rich and varied heritage. In Val d'Auge, admire the 19th-century covered wash house and the Logerie manor house, a vestige of a noble past. The route then leads you to the 12th-century Romanesque church of Saint-Clément in Bonneville, which houses 14th-century frescoes. Continue towards Gourville, Ferrières, and Le Breuil, where a white path guides you to the large Lignères distillery, a former European benchmark. Next, explore the Gallo-Roman site of Les Bouchauds and enjoy breathtaking views over the La Nouère valley. The final section of the route follows a greenway, tracing the old Petit Rouillac railway line, then passes through several typical villages such as Saint-Genis-d'Hiersac, Echallat, and Vaux-Rouillac, showcasing exceptional heritage sites: manor houses, churches, and castles. Whatever the season, this circuit reveals landscapes of magnificent colors, a blend of heritage, nature, and history.
