Visit us in this charming house to discover the history of Belle de Brillet, a pear and cognac liqueur.
Maison Brillet is located in Graves-Saint-Amant, in the hamlet of Les Aireaux, in an enchanting setting on the banks of the bucolic Charente River. The story begins in 1656 with the birth of Guy Brillet, the founding father of the vineyard in the heart of the Cognac region. In 1985, Jean-Louis Brillet created La Belle de Brillet, named in homage to his wife, Isabelle. This unique liqueur, blending pear and Cognac, comes in a distinctive pear-shaped bottle and is made from 100% natural ingredients, with no added coloring or flavoring. It is incredibly versatile, perfect as a digestif or aperitif: on the rocks or in a cocktail. We invite you to discover where it all began: the Brillet cellars and distillery. Enjoy a tasting of our Brillet range: liqueur, Pineau des Charentes, and Cognac.
